Hard to believe but it's now almost 50 years since these original photographs were taken, with the majority of them being revealed here for the very first time ( even I hadn't see them all before! ).

April 8th 2023 was the 10th anniversary of the passing of Baroness Thatcher, the UK's first woman Prime Minister, so I thought it might be interesting to revisit some of my work from 1977 - 1982.

Throughout this brief five year period, I managed to capture some rare and mostly unpublished moments, as one of the most significant political figures of the 20th century, literally came face to face with so many people living and working within her Finchley constituency.

The first initial collection of 40 photographs, will hopefully be further increased to possibly160 images in total, provided of course I can find enough time to get them all tidied up and sorted.

I hope you find the photos of interest, and if you are interested in purchasing either a Hi. Res. digital file or physical prints, just drop me a line and I’ll see what we can do.

Thank you for visiting!
